Soccer Woes

It's soccer season again but you wouldn't know it. I don't know how I missed all the news but apparently a new TV channel has bought up all the rights to my precious La Liga. A TV channel that my cable provider doesn't carry. You think I was mad? You should see the outrage of millions of fans. It was crazy! So crazy that Comcast gave in and came to a deal with said sport channel. Unfortunately it's not on my line up yet. Soon, though....or else! Anywho, it's a shame because without me, their good luck charm, watching they're losing! Argh! Hurry, Comcast. They need me!

Does This Color Bring Out Their Eyes?

Well, they've gone and done it. Here I was all comfortable with Real Madrid's usual white home kit and dark blue away kit when out of nowhere they spring red on me...RED?! So, here I am trying to decide which one I like best.

I guess it doesn't really matter...as long as they keep kickin' butt...and lookin' like this underneath. Right?

Miracles do happen!

In one of my previous posts when I talked about soccer I posted a picture of Christiano Ronaldo with his shirt ON because he's arrogant enough not to deserve anyone oogling him. However, today he redeemed himself a bit.  During the game between Real Madrid and Getafe, Christiano Ronaldo cleared the ball and it flew into the stands and nailed a fan right in the face. He actually had a horrible bloody nose. Well after the game Ronaldo did this...

The Portuguese player sent the ball to the stands in the first half and apologised after the match was over

A fan was accidentally hit by the ball in the first half of the match against Getafe when Cristiano Ronaldo cleared it. After the game was over, the Portuguese player apologised personally and gave him his autrographed shirt. "I didn't mean to hit him," he said later, "I just wanted to clear the ball. I wish to apologise." 

Well, it's a freaking miracle! He's not quite as arrogant as I thought so he deserves a shirtless picture on my blog. Oh, it's all in good fun. There's nothing like mocking this arrogant guy.
Oh, PS, they won 4-0

Keep your fingers crossed!

 

Yes, this will be me today, minus the cute factor. Real Madrid have once last chance to stay in the Champions League. It's slim, it's nearly hopeless, but it's not over till the fat lady sings and I'm not singing a note!

And, short as it is, I did talk about soccer so hears that hot pic I promised. This is Cristiano Ronaldo, who is far too arrogant to deserve anyone oogling him so he remains fully clothed.

Whoohoo!!!!

Whew! After 102 minutes Real Madrid finally scored against Barcelona in overtime in the Copa Del Rey Final!    After excitement, nervousness, deep calming breaths (on my part),   Ronaldo scored, and then I just couldn't stop smiling! Way to go boys!!!

Ronaldo is the one looking stunned. You can see that the others are excited but totally shocked! 

Look how happy they all are! Ahhh! 

Now they just have to keep it together, win the Champions League and keep trying for La Liga! Now pretend you give a dang and comment! ;-)
