TV Seson Wrapup 2010/2011

Well, I know you're all dying to know what TV shows I watch and what I thought about the season finales so I'll tell you. =) I figure either you watch the sames shows and would get bored with a play by play, or you don't and will have know idea what I'm talking about so I won't elaborate too much on each show.

Well, this show I started watching because of Timothy Olyphant. But I ended up really liking the it. The second season was awesome! And the finale? Oh my gosh! I can't believe where it all ended up.
GRRRR! Why on earth did they end such a great show like that?! Anyone else see it? Were you as confused and frustrated as me?
This show just started this season and has already finished up and I have no idea if it will be back next season but it was hilarious and I certainly hope so.  The season finale wasn't a huge cliff hanger but there were some things left hanging and I'm hoping for more.
I like this show mainly because House is such a sarcastic guy and I find that amusing even though other people don't, but this season finale had me just shaking my head. His emotional jerk issues are starting to get tiresome.

Yes, I watch Americas Next Top Model. This season was a little disappointing. I didn't like the two finalists, Molly whined way too much and Britni was just so immature, but at least the one I liked a little bit better won.
Ah, SVU. Once in a blue moon they have such a great episode and sometimes they're just plain disturbing, but lately they've been so dang agenda pushing! And the season finale was no exception. Sigh! Oh well.

Holy crap!!! This one had be screaming and crying and smiling and pulling my hair out! Sheesh! What an ending! Luckily it wasn't quite a cliffhanger as the first sesason was.

Holy crap!!!! I was even warned it would be a cliffhanger but wow! I can't believe he did it! I can't believe he shot Red John, or did he?!! Ahhh! I can't wait for next season.
Ahhhhh! I can't believe it ended that way! Oh my gosh! You've got to be kidding me! This show got a little slow for a few seasons but this season had me really getting into it again and now this?! Definitely wins the cliffhanger of the year!

So, there you have it. What a year! As you can see I like scripted TV way better than reality shows but what about you? Do you watch any of these? Are you freaking out as much as me?

  2. Okay, so if I ever get Netflix, I'll be checking out Supernatural, The Mentalist, and Justified maybe.... but NOT America's Next Model! And not Law and Order... and not sure about House. We have the first two seasons and they haven't tempted me much.

So now that TV is "over" what will you do? :)

  3. I'd like to start watching The Mentalist sometime, but I think it'll be awhile before that. I only watch Fringe and Game of Thrones and the former is already done for the season. :(

I used to love House but it went downhill for me after season 3. Still, he is fantastic.

  4. Cowboy Mom, Oh, I know! Curious George is way intense! ;) I'm glad you got to see The Mentalist, though.

Suey, I doubt you'd like Justified or The Mentalist because they're both mystery solving shows but you might like Supernatural. It's creepy but I love the guys and their relationship. And their are summer shows I watch and summer is my big reading season. Lots of laying out and reading.

Kaye, I feel bad that I never got into Fringe. I know I'd like it. I should get them on DVD and catch up. That's just what I need, more TV to watch. ;)

  5. I wanted to comment earlier, but I couldn't.

I like scripted TV too. I hate reality TV. I've only ever watched one full season of Amazing Race and that's it.

I don't watch any of the shows you do, even though I've wanted to. I feel like I watch way too much already, though.

Some of my shows had doozies for season finales and I hate to wait between seasons to know what's going to happen. But, I guess that's life with TV.

  7. Wow. You sure do keep up with a lot of series. Me, I rarely watch tv for myself; tons of nickjr is on. sigh.

My viewing, when it does happens, come through Netflix streaming. I am loving Torchwood, and Dr. Who. Albeit, I am not very far into either of those as once again, very little tv time for me.

I am with you though; give me scripted tv anyday over reality gunk. I really do not care about other's "problem" "challenges" etc as featured in those shows. :)

  8. ibeeeg, Yeah, I watch way to much TV. I'm not married and I don't have kids and at the moment I'm without a job so I have way to much free time on my hands. I'm glad you agree with the reality TV thing. It seems like everyone's into it and I just don't get it.

  9. Um, I watch White Collar, Bones, Fringe, NCIS, and Futurama religiously. If I feel like it, I'll also watch Burn Notice, Psych, Lie to Me (not anymore), V (not anymore), and Glee. I also watch the SVU reruns on USA, but I don't watch the new seasons because it usually conflicts with one of my other shows.

  10. Jenni Elyse, I would like to get into Fringe but it just hasn't happened. I love Burn Notice but with it's weird split seasons I couldn't remember when it ended or what even happened. Pathetic, I know. I also watch Lie To Me and Futurama but not religiously. ;)
